White Sox 5, Twins 2: Alexei Ramirez homered to highlight his three-hit performance and Hector Santiago tossed six solid innings to record his first win in nearly two months as visiting Chicago posted its third straight victory.

Ramirez drove in three runs and fell a triple shy of the cycle. Avisail Garcia had a two-out RBI double in third and scored on Jeff Keppinger's RBI single in the fifth for the White Sox.

Josh Willingham ripped an RBI double and Wilkin Ramirez and Brian Dozier collected two hits apiece for Minnesota.

After his RBI single in the first inning opened the scoring, Ramirez plated Alejandro De Aza with a double down the left-field line in the third to give Chicago a 2-1 lead. Garcia doubled the advantage later in the frame before Ramirez deposited a 2-0 cutter from Samuel Deduno (7-7) over the wall in left field for his fourth homer in the sixth.

Santiago (4-7) benefited from the offense to post his first victory since June 21. The 25-year-old allowed two runs (one earned) on nine hits and Matt Lindstrom struck out four in two innings to bridge the gap to Addison Reed, who secured his 31st save.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Chicago slugger Adam Dunn went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts to see his nine-game hitting streak come to an end. ... Deduno suffered his third straight loss and fell to 0-3 versus the White Sox after yielding five runs on eight hits in five innings. ... Chicago continues its seven-game road trip on Tuesday with the opener of a three-game set versus Kansas City. On Monday, Minnesota hosts the New York Mets in a makeup game that was rescheduled from April 14. The Twins will then hit the road for a three-game series with Detroit.
